Scope
As-built detailing of a spalling concrete wall section, core sampling and laboratory testing, reinforcement breakout, and comprehensive reporting.
Challenge
Visible wall deterioration required defensible technical evidence to support remediation design and scope prioritization. The client needed enough depth to act confidently without expanding the programme into unnecessary broad intrusive works.
Approach
SiteOps combined GPR-led as-built detail, sampling and testing, and reinforcement breakout observations into one integrated assessment and report workflow. Findings were organized for direct engineering interpretation and action planning.
Outcome
The project delivered actionable deterioration evidence and a clearer pathway for staged remediation decisions. It improved confidence in both urgency ranking and likely repair approach.
