Why Standards Matter
Every SiteOps investigation references the applicable Australian and international standards in its scope, methodology, and reporting. This is not a formality. Standards define the test methods, acceptance criteria, and interpretation frameworks that make investigation results defensible.
Engineers, building certifiers, and insurance assessors require evidence that testing was conducted to recognised standards. Reports that reference the correct standard and demonstrate compliance with its requirements carry weight in technical review, regulatory approval, and legal proceedings.
SiteOps maintains current knowledge of standard revisions, amendments, and superseded editions. When standards are updated (as AS 3600 was in 2018 and AS 4100 in 2020), we update our procedures and reporting accordingly.
